"Tim Harford is a member of the Financial Times editorial board. He is also the only economist in the world to run a problem page. His writings appeared in, among other magazines, Esquire, Forbes, and New York magazine, as well as The Washington Post, The New York Times, and The Times of London.
Tim won the 2006 Bastiat Prize for economic journalism. Before becoming a writer, Tim worked for Shell, the World Bank, and as a tutor at Oxford University.
He obtained a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford University, and later an MPhil in Economics."
